We have developed an analytical and benchmarking product, CMS, which allows investors to measure, benchmark and more effectively manage their custodians and fund administrators. Our recommended management process together with CMS allows operational inefficiencies to be identified and resolved. Clients can benchmark their performance levels against different universes of other investors as well as their own peer group. This results in a process of continual improvement in service and ensures that the investor receives a service that is best market practice.

We have also developed a custodian and fund administrator evaluation and selection process that is very effective by catering for the specific needs of individual clients. This has been achieved by combining the latest technologies with the experience and knowledge of our consultants.

We have also assisted institutional investors in a wide range of consulting assignments. These have included formal service quality and fee benchmarking assignments after middle and back office functions have been outsourced. Other assignments have focused on helping our clients maximise their operational effectiveness, especially where problems exist across organisational boundaries.
